what you need to do is just resetting your machine.
1. Press * 28 * on your machine in a quick move.
2. Select copier
3. Select Err.
4. Select Clear then press O.K
5. Turn your machine off for 1 minute and turn it on again.

The error code will not be there anatmoreand your machine will be functioning well.

Hello sir; You may go to make a reset procedure as follow; press "additional funtion"(*) key "2" and "8" key in order, then sssw will display, press "OK" key, then select menu item 1 using up/down arrow key, select bit switch 1 using left/right arrow key, then change data from 0 to 1 or from 1 to 0, then press OK, press Stop .
