How do you know its working? Did you check your ink levels? Try checking it, your ink may have finished. Also try printing a test page. If it still doesn't work, try reinstalling your print cartridges.
I have to ask this question of you, just to make sure this is not an issue. Are you using a factory new ink or toner cartridge? Please consider the following: If you are using a refilled or third party cartridges that may well be your problem. Most manufacturers build logic into their products to prevent the use of “Other Equipment Manufactured” cartridges as well as re-filled cartridges. They do this to prevent problems from contaminated inks or toner causing problems with print quality or damaging the physical printhead or photo conductors. If you are using factory new ink or toner cartridges, then please call the manufacturer’s Technical Support for assistance with the warranty on the cartridges Don
Was the code of the cartridge you put is correct? if not then replace it.if it is right, then check the nozzles, the printer heads and clean. some printer is equipped with cleaning tools software that might help you.
microsoft logo is in colour and so its printing while everything else on test page is black so its not printing.
the problem is common.you need to do automatic deep cleaning for the ink flow to start once you install new cartridges.go to printer maintanance option and click the option deep cleaning .it will pull out the ink in printer head and it will start working.sometimes also requires cleaning twice.
thanks and do not forget to accept the solution.
Hi,
the problem is the print head, it is dirty.
Usually this happens when you use "compatible" ink and it cloggs the head. Othertimes can be from dust getting into the printer on dirty paper.
You can buy Cleaning Ink cartiridges online which can help remove the dirt.
If you google search for: "i320 cleaning "
you will see these for sale.
You can also trty cleaning the Heads yourself with warm water and a lint free cloth but this can be fiddly and messy.
I had this problem too. It turned out there was old dry ink in there clogging up the printerhead and it was fixed after I ran the cleaning programme several times. However I can't for the lifeof me remember how to do that now. I know I found it online but it has since vanished. Maybe check your manual?
