Display show loud corrrect size paper
Dear
Pl. check the setting of the copier to the paper loaded(size and orientation), the tray selector switch,paper drive rollers/guide.

you can have 1 of 2 problems.
the cassete paper are in A4 position ,or you can trie to clean the registry roller.

It could be several errors.
1) do you have paper size senzor on paper tray set according the paper in?
2) It coud be that you have problem with paper pick up clutch
3) check the registration sensor flappers, door on the left of the tray flapper,...
4) try to clean the rollers
5) compare your paper lenght with some other paper manufactors

If you are selecting legal on the screen to copy, then be sure that you have legal paper in the tray for printing and that any tray guides are properly set to reflect this.

Open your drawer, you can see blue colored lever with arrow. Point that arrow to the size you want to use on your drawer.

Check the proper orientation of the paper. For example, if you are loading A4 size. In your tray you can find 2 A4 size. Select A4R in you want to position your paper Landscape or A4 if portrait.
To verify also the correct paper size, put your paper on the platen glass. Markings on the two sides of the platen glass shows the correct paper size.
