There is a function in many printers that lets you print in the single colour of your choice. Check every tab and every "advanced..." dialog box you get when you are about to print. Then go to the printer's properties in the control panel and check whether there's anything like that
Many printers let you print black with black ink, OR alternatively make black by mixing the other three colours CMY. Look for that setting in the same places and deactivate it
are u used the head cleaning option in maintenance. if that also done, i think it is due to dust in cartridge head. take out cartridge and clean with a soft clean cloth. u can use alcohol for cleaning.
I refilled Canon cartridge CL-811. I filled all 3 colors. Magenta Cyan Yelloware flowing well,. Even if I wipe the cart on paper tissue, 3 colors are coming out (pink magenta and Yellow).but while printing yellow colour isnot printing,. Any idea how I can fix the problem?
Do you have photo cyan or photo magenta installed? your machine does not use these inks, and will give wrong colors. You need plain magenta and plain cyan. If you are using generic inks, they could have bad colors too.
just chk the properties or the colour cobinations if you choose text for printing out than it will only print text and if it is too dark red that means it is connected with some wrong colour wire
This is likely because your monitor is not calibrated with your printer. Search for monitor color calibration online and then calibrate your colors to match the color profile used by the MP610, likely Adobe RGB or something similar.
there r various modes in the printer in which u have to print .and that u have to select.as you said it is printing properly on ordinary paper.the printer is perfect.the photo paper have less soaking power that ordinary paper.as the photo paper can consume ink but not so quickly as ordinary paper.
u just change that printmode and then check out how it prints.
for example the modes r ----------best mode printing.
better mode printing.
fine mode printing
normal mode printing.
draft mode printing
economy mode printing.
now i f u print in best mode it will consume lots of ink but will take lots of time to print.
if u select normal mode it will consume less ink and print quickly.
u can change the settings in printer properties.
thanks
