Red star bread maker manual
I'm sorry, but I don't have access to specific manuals for individual bread makers. However, here are some general steps you can follow to find a manual for a Red Star bread maker:
- Visit the Red Star website: The Red Star website may have a library of manuals for its bread makers, including the one you have.
- Check the manufacturer's support page: Most manufacturers have a support page on their website where you can find user manuals, FAQs, and other resources.
- Search online: You can also try searching online for a digital copy of the manual. Websites like ManualsLib and ManualsOnline may have the manual you need.
- Contact the manufacturer: If you're unable to find the manual online, you can contact the manufacturer directly and request a copy. You may need to provide your bread maker's model number and other information.
I hope this helps you find the manual you need for your Red Star bread maker.
Wiring diagram kettle
The wiring good the kettle is pretty simple. Black goes to x on the plug white is y and ground is the green terminal. In the kettle the black goes to one of the two terminals on the thermostat. Then a jumper wire from the other thermostat terminal goes to one of the two terminals on the element. Then the white wire goes to the other element terminal. The ground or green attaches to the metal surface inside.

Unplug the kettle and check voltage at the kettle reciprocal . If correct voltage is there with the kettle switch on put a ohm meter across the hot and neutral terminals of the kettle plug . If there is no continuity between them either a wire burned off in the kettle or the thermostat is bad. When they go out its usually open so no power will go thru it.
Lights flickering
You could have a loose or a burned wire connection at the switches. If there is more than one thing not working correctly unplug the unit and check the black wire from the lead in cord. It goes to the switches and jumps from one switch to the next. That's where I would look first?
How to remove agitator bar and collar?
I use a vice with soft jaws so you don't Mar or scratch up the shaft. Clamp it in tight at the top of the shaft upside down in the vice l use a flat punch and tap on the corners of the square collar. That's what holds them in place. When you tap it up the shaft (down when upside down) you can remove the wires . Just pull them out of the groove that in the shaft. Clean out the carbon build up and install new wires. Flip it over so and tap the collar back over all 4 blades at the same time until it bottoms out.
