the drain hose is on the back. it's generally the biggest hose on a washing machine and in most cases black. it could be kinked or clogged. once you locate the hose it's held on with a clamp. undo the clamp and it pulls right off. if no clog or kink there follow the hose to the drain usually on the wall and look there. I doubt it would be or else you would have water all over the floor so my guess is it's not even leaving the washing machine. Also something to keep in mind is that it could be the pump that draws the water out.

Un plug the washer again for 30 seconds plug back in press the start/pause button then press power...This will try to reset your washer.. If it didnt work your pump must be checked...

Check the cold water hose. My brand new machine had this behavior until I discovered a kink in the cold water hose - works great now.
