Error code sc 49-04 for konica 1050 copier

Software error or Motherboard is defective.

Go to :-
www.hp.com/go/lj4250_software,
Select download drivers and software.
Check for the latest firmware image. If the website lists a newer version, download it and install it.
Try printing a job from a different application. If it works go back to the one that failed and try to print. If it fails call the vendor for support.
Give that a try.

Tengo un problema con la i hp 4014n, de repente empezo a imprimir los documentos con partes en blanco o imprime algunas partes otras no... marca error y no se puede imprimir el documento pero lo imrpime igual solo q con este problema

error 49 indicates Firm ware.. Up load the firmware,if not happening replace "formatter"..
