HI have a Fujitus Plasmavision W P42HHA30 with a red vertical line about 4 inches from the left side of the screen going from top to bottom and then one on the far left where the black screen fram meets the plasma scren and then have fuzz and all color lines on the far right side going from top to bottom where the black frame meets the plasma scren it self is there something going out on this 7500.00 dollar plasma that is just 4 years old with around 1500 hours on it i cant beleave this is doing this to this set already
i also have a pioneer plasma that i bought in 1999 with no problems to date and every one seems to say Fujitus is the best i dont think so lol

It is not a LCD Panel. This is Plasma TV. It is a PDP Panel. Not much you can do. To replace SCREEN it is not economical to repair. Just let your kids play video games on it. I know it is an expencive TV. Thats what I did with my. I have the same 1 pixel line on the left side from top to the half screen. My kids don't care.

I had exactly the same problem with a Fujitsu General PDS4208E. After looking at the forums etc bit the bullet and tracked down an ORIGINAL remote. Paid yesterday, arrived today - batteries in...screen back on!! One proviso here: Before you pay big money for an original remote (and ONLY they will work with these 2nd generation plasma screens not universal remotes) make sure that your screen WAS working before it was in the standby mode. try http://www.portables.co.uk/ on +44 208 968 1444. Ask for Andy. He seemed to know what he was talking about. About £50 +VAT plus next day delivery charge. Alternatively borrow mine at £5 a button press!! ;-))
