Hi Adam,
I suspect that you are talking about the tray 2 pick up roller. Here are the directions for that:
1.)Remove paper tray
2.)Unlock left locking tab and rotate forward untill bushing slides off
3.)Remove black plastic roller retaining bracket
4.)Slide roller to the left untill right side of shaft clears the bushing
5.)Lift roller out of printer
6.)Place spring loaded end of roller shaft into left housing
7.)Slide roller to the right and rotate until roller locks into pickup shaft
8.)Reinstall black plastic roller retaining bracket. Left side first.
9.)Reinstall left bushing and lock into place

Hewlett Packard P3005 Fuser
The HP P3005 fuser is located at the back of the printer.
The fuser has a thin film upper roller which can be torn, some symptons can be "Wrinkled Pages","Poor Fusing", "Toner Rubs Off the Page", "Pieces of black Plastic Come Out".
*** The printer should be unplugged from any power source before any servicing is performed ***
The rear cover can be taken off by removing 2 screws. Once the cover has been removed the fuser can be removed by taking out 4 screws and 3 electrical connections.
