Did you insert a brand new toner cartridge or refill only, if you insert a brand new they read your toner cartridge, if you insert a refill toner cartridge, first you need to reset the toner cartridge, i think in the right side, or left please switch and back to normal position.

If its a laser printer you might have a line on the drum. Lift the flap on the toner cartridge and spin it to see if you have anything on it. Also the drum. When you find the line take a soft brush or lint free glove and lightly remove it Your problem should be solved. If a inkjet printer you need to clean print heads. To do this go to your printer model in control panel and right click you will see in the list the utility. Some times in properties. Choose to clean heads You might have to do it a few times.

1. Troque seu no-break, estabilizador ou transformador por um com capacidade maior que 1000Watts.
2. Ligue a impressora e agurarde apresentar a mensagem ERROR PRINTER TEMPERAT FUSORA

3. Pressione Seta pra Baixo.
4. Apeter: *
5. Aperte: #
6. Presisione: OK
7. Substituir 0 pelo 1
8. Pressione o Botao Vermelho.

9. Depois: Seta pra Baixo.
10.# (entra no modo apagmento)
11. Apertar letra T
12. Desligar impressora por 5 segundos e religar

13. Repita o passo 3 a 8 porém, substitua o 1 pelo 0 (voltando ao normal).

14.sua impressora deve voltar ao normal.Este problema é ocasionado por oscilação de energia.

Brasilian Portuguese:
Resetar = desligar completamente a impressora, ligar pressionando a tecla "menu"
assim ela entrará no modo "MAINTENANCE" apertar "01" aguardar, apertar "99". Ela irá resetar
completamente e reiniciar.

English:
Reset = completely off the printer, turn on by pressing the key "menu"
so it will enter in the "MAINTENANCE MODE" press "01" wait, press "99." It will reset
completely and restart.
