Try to pump up the volume from your computer. These speakers usually have electronics for auto shutting down when there is no signal at the input.

tech114..........volume from computer already @ max.....maybe lower it????
Is it possible to connect the audio cable from Gigaworks at an mp3 player or another source to double check the speakrs? By the way check the jack at the end of the cable for possible problems.
Waiting clarification, don't hesitate to post.

I have the exact same problem with this product; sounds like a switch when it turns itself off randomly. Cutting the power for ~3 seconds until the LED at the back blinked, then switching back on seemed to fix it temporarily (It made the same 'click' when the LED blinked), but now it clicks off every time I turn it on. All the speakers still work fine in another system, the problem seems to be in the subwoofer itself. Creative tech support won't even answer me (they just say its out of warranty- nothing they can do, even when I try to pay for them to fix it...)
