If this All-In-One InkJet Printer has a RJ45 connector take a look if this connector is working properly (Take a look at the LED is flashing amber and green) and then take a look in the printer service guide

Check on a different wall outlet. u could also take it to the store and ask them to check with a different power cable .. this will help us isolate the issue
Check there is not a paper jam and check the ink cartridges take them out and clean them gently with soft cloth. If that does'nt work unplug it wait a minute and plug back in.
