Important: If you do not know your Sign-In ID, date of birth of the account, or don't have access to the email account linked to your Sony Entertainment Network account, please call the Consumer Services department at 800-345-SONY(7669) for assistance.
Select Sign In from the Playstation Network and choose "Forgot your password?" from the sign-in ID and password screen. Enter your ID and birth date. Select the method for changing your password.
Unfortunately you will need to contact SONY and have them recover this information or reset your entire profile and/or account. If you forgot what date of birth you input when creating the account, they may or may not be able to help you.
Your best bet is to go online to the PSN Network and try there. You'll need to know the date of Birth and the email of the account you need a password for, so hopefully you remember what you chose.
