try to reload your catridge on the carrier or cartridge holder..
and clean your printer tab circuit and also the cartridge tab circuit and run maintenance page on it..
go to your printer panel and select maintenance ..browse clean printhead..and print maintenance page..to clean the cartridge..
Make sure there is nothing covering the jets on the cartridge. Also how long has it been laying around? it might have dried out, and/or expired. On new printers the cartridges have expirations and it will not use them after a certain amount of time. Also try a printer self cleaning and see if that does anything. If none of that works, it might be the printer.

Try checking the ink cartridges and make sure they have ink in them or it will keep printing blank pages. Then try printing a test page by going to control panel, clicking on printers and faxes and right clicking on your printer and going to properties. Then go all the way down to the bottom of the page and click print test page. It will clean the printer cartridges and align them to print correctly. It should work after that.
Have you still getting the problem, have you done cleaning of Cartridge, its nozzle and Contact strip.. then cleaning of Printer roller or carriage rack.. Do a Service of it or get it done by Technician.
Also check the feeder tray.. to grab paper one by one by printer.. Manually
