Hi i am getting E061 0127 on canon clc1000, what is this error means? thanks

Error code E075
[Cause]
Because of the factors listed below, some problems may occur in the controls to prevent the transfer belt
shifting to one side due to malfunctions of the swing motor assembly and in such a case error code E075 gets
displayed.
1) Sliding fault of the part A in the Fig.1
2) Deformation of the sheet metal of the swing motor assembly
[Factory measures]
1) The resinous material has been added, as shown in the Fig. 2, to improve sliding.
2) The reinforcing sheet metal has been added, as shown in the Fig. 2, to prevent deformation of the sheet
metal of the swing motor assembly.

When the error code E075 gets displayed, run checks as described in the Service Bulletin CLC1000-005
(CAUSE OF PROBLEMS BROUGHT ABOUT BY ERRORS OF THE TRANSFER BELT
MECHANISM). If the error code E075 still gets displayed even after running the checks, replace the old
swing motor assembly with the new type by, following the instructions on removing the transfer belt swing
motor assembly described on page 4-50 of the Service Manual.

Do you mean the Colourpass Z90? I might have one in my shop from a clc1000 if you are looking for a whole new one but other than that ...

This is an old fault.I think its a dirty drum sensor.This needs to be cleaned.Your then need to get into service and clear error code

your transfer bed and sheet change the transfer sheet also clean the whole bed

more than likely there is a broken microswitch for the transfer/ seperation unit... here's a lil' tip, the unit runs the wire cleaners during startup and it is not detecting the HP of the T/S Corona Wire Cleaner... between you and me, the wire cleaners do not really do a whole lot to help or correct the image (don't tell cust. that, because engineers put that in to make them feel that they are doing useful maintenance), most techs in the field will just turn the check off in service mode... in service mode select the following Copier/Option/User/W-CLN and set it to a 0. I have seen guys just doing a PM on a unit, and get called back the next day because of the lil'swich... trust me, nothing makes customers feel reassured about their machine then when it throws a E-code the day after a PM... save yourself the time and turn it off.... but you didn't hear that from me... other possibility is if you had swervice done previously then they may have forgotten to put the screws bac that hold the assembly.

Did you recently clear RCON and tried to due a CCD adjust? The problem could be the that the left side glass retainer changed or mared or has a doc feeder been added or removed. There is a bar code on the under side of it. The part number for the 1000/3100 is FF5-4662-020, the 2400 FF5-8802-000

E020 refers to incorrect operation of toner moter, jammed up toner hopper or motor stuffed.... If toner hopper is overfull, the toner motor worm gear splits as a result of the hopper becoming packed tight. If the hopper is 1/2 full or less, the worm gear splits under normal use.

add toner only when the toner light is lit, right away, and replace toner motor.

After verifying that the toner hopper is working properly, check that the web solenoid is activating. Clean the web solenoid and ensure free action. This has been known to clear an E020.

After verifying that all is well with the toner hopper unit, consider the DC controller.
