SanDisk Sansa froze on song screen, wont unfreeze

I have the Sandisk sansa BE series (if that helps)I recently uploaded 3 songs into it, safely removed it form the computer and listen to the songs. I got to the third song and midway threw it froze and did an irritating buzzing sound. (This happened more than once to me, the other times i took the battery out put it back in and it worked fine) So i took the battery out and left it as is. The next day I turned it on (turned on fine)and thenit froze on the song screen (it says the name of the song, how long its been playing for and the battery life) so i said okay, took the battery out and told myself i'll fix it at home. I got home and plugged it in the computer using my usb cable. (without battery). It turned on and froze on the EXACT screen as before. Tried with battery, same thing. I even went threw customer service and their recommendation on how to fix it, still didn't work. Any help on how to fix it?

Make sure the player is fully charged. 1. Connect the player to your computer. 2. Make sure the computer detects the player.
NOTE: If needed, switch the player to MSC mode, 1. Turn device OFF. 2. Slide the Hold switch down to Lock (orange color showing). 3. Press and hold the center button while connecting the device to the PC.then connect it to the PC. Next Be sure the battery is charged 1. Leave the player connected for approximately 2 hours to charge. 2. Disconnect the player from the PC. 3. Verify if you can turn on the player. 4. Reset the player if necessary.
To reset the player: 1. Press and hold the Power/Menu button for approximately 20 seconds. 2. Release the Power/Menu button. 3. Press the Power/Menu button again to turn on the player.
If that does not do it, re-seat the battery: Then try and see if it will come on with out the battery hooked to your computer, which I see you have done but did you change modes MSC to MTP . next delete the song it keeps hanging on and re-copy it back on to the player from a different folder or re-rip it from the CD and copy it into a new folder then re-copy to the player.

Froze when trying to delete track

Did you consider removing and re-installing the battery. THat would turn off the player so that it would unfreeze. I know its crude but its the easiest way out. After you get it working you may want to consider a firmware update from the creative bebsite to ward-off against future problems.

I can not upload any music-help

Use Windows Media Player to transfer songs to your device. Make sure the songs are in the right format for your Sansa e200. iTunes, for instance, won't work with the Sansa e200 series.

I can't put songs on my Sansa Sandisk e250....

You must have the automatic synchronization option checked - go to www.microsoft.com and enter "windows media player manual sync" as your search term - it will give you click-by-click instructions with pictures on how to disable the automatic synchronization; it will also, give you pictures on how to sync a song.
