Instead of dragging the audiobooks to the "music" folder, drag them to the "audible" folder - this player only gives full functionality for audiobooks if you are using the Audible audiobook svc. Otherwise it will play the audiobook as one long mp3 file swithout proper chapter breaks, etc.

The users guide is on the CD that came with it, otherwise you can download it from here;

http://sandisk.com/sansa/assets/English/products/e200/e200_userguide_en.pdf

As for deleting the pre-loaded songs, you can manually delete them from the device while its connected to the PC. Go to My Computer>Device Name (e250)>Music Folder then just right click and delete on the items you do not want.

Best of Luck.

I've tried to get a replacement LCD for my SANSA, impossible so far.

There are some PARTS/REPAIR SANSA's on ebay, but must of them with the same problem. There was also a working LCD, I just fail on bidding.

If you can get a working LCD, the replacement is possible with a blower, directing heat to the specifyc connectors area, you can remove the broken one while the glue (some kind of silicon) is warm and flexible, you have to be careful when putting the new one, pins must be aligned, also you should do that whith both (broken and wkring) at the same time, so then you can use the glue still on the pins (golden connectors) area.

I got to remove the broken one and noticed (with my fingers) that the silicon can be used again, but since I didn't use a blower some of the pins (connectors) where damaged. Only halve of the process is confirmed.

Good luck, we'll wait 4 your results if you get a working LCD somewhere..

heres the answer to your problem. Edit the ID3 Tags on your songs. The player would determine how it would organize the songs on the player depending on the ID3 Tags of the song.

This player IS DRM-Compatible, but DRM-protected files almost invariably cause problems at some point. Unplug the Sansa, Uninstall all the Sansa software, and reinstall the software. Replug the Sansa. See if Rhapsody will now recognize it. Try synchronizing.

There is a workaround, but it is illegal - you can get a DRM stripper, and then just use Windows Media Player to transfer the now-DRM-free songs.

Please try to format the player as formatting it will likely correct the issue. Formatting will destroy all data on the player and get rid of any corruption. You would need to right click on the removable disk icon under My Computer and choose format, we recommend using the FAT file system. The two ways i know how to reset would be to remove the battery or hold down the power button for 20 seconds.

You can have a try Leawo Tunes Cleaner. Just follow below steps. If you still have issues or have a massive music library in iTunes or other music folders that requires a more powerful and less time-consuming option, the third-party software like Leawo Tunes Cleaner can help you. It can not only automatically clean up duplicate songs in iTunes, but also automatically delete duplicate songs in other music folders. If you want to automatically remove duplicates in iTunes, the automatic duplicate remover might have the answer for you. 1. After kicking off Leawo Tunes Cleaner, click the "Clean-up Duplicate" entry. The program provides 2 duplicate scanning modes: Quick Scan mode and Deep Scan mode. Select one of them to scan duplicate songs. 2. You could delete duplicates in iTunes music library by directly clicking "Scan iTunes" button or click "Add" button to load music files for duplicates removing. 3. After loading source music files, click the "Scan" button on the upper-right corner to start scanning duplicates. The program would display all duplicates clearly and suggest what to remove. You could decide which duplicates to delete by checking them and then click the "Remove" button to remove duplicate songs. One site I found that has videos and movies ready for the Sansa is:

http://sansavideos.xm.com/

Movies, Music Videos, Family Guy, etc.

Once you get the hang of converting videos you find on YouTube and others, you will be having no problem stuffing your Sansa full of them.
