Ricoh Aficio 2020 digital copier with dark band at top of page.

I have a Ricoh Aficio 2020 digital copier and the copies started having a dark band across the top of the page. I know it is not the drum, developer, or cleaning blade because all of those were replaced and it is still doing the exact same thing. The darker band is sort of splotchy, not a solid band. All the mirrors have been cleaned also. It actually did this before but after making a bunch of copies it went away, then I vacuumed out the excess toner that had accumalated in the toner slot and the problem seem to come back.

clean glass on top[ and then try or the wiper blade needs to be replaced

My Ricoh Aficio 1013f has 16,000 copies on it. It

Ask the service agent, what the maintance cycle of the model is. Sound like it needs a periodic service.
This being the drum and some rollers. this will resolve the squeak as well
