Shut it off and unplug it from the wall, for a couple of min, then try again, if still na jam, you better look again.

main motor can turn that is why getting code. can be from photo conductor, to fuser or gear broke in back of copier. Will need tech for this one.

remove all paper from the trays then turn machine off wait a few second then turn back on should reset then reload paper

sounds like either drum blade has fail or drum is bad. try printing the counter report and see if it is doing this. Then photo conductor unit needs to be rebuilt or replace. open right side door and look at drum make sure you don't touch it and see if toner is on it. If so drum blade has fail. call a tech or buy new photo conductor unit. this are good for approx 60,000 copies but sometimes will go longer age also play with drum blade life. were you might have 20,000 copies but unit is 5 years old

if it background like faint toner all over copy need to replace developer powder/drum/blade/gears

Main motor lock up could be the photoconductor unit or main motor or gear that runs off of it

change the exit sensor or contact one of technicians on

MP2000s often have creaking and squeaking issues. Typically it's the brass bushings that ride on roller shafts, so if you can isolate it to an area and clean and lube the bushings, you might be able to fix the noise.
