Facing problem in one Ricoh machine model: AF-2020, printer is not working due to SD memory card.
Is there anyway to solve it without replacing the card.

Get printer box on the side where you connect your LAN cable you will find some SD ram slots it has one screw open and slot your card in while the machine is switched off
Paper jams in Ricoh Adfs ( or others), generally have origin in dirty rubber rollers. Oh yes, they can look clean but try to wash them with Benzine and check the cloth! You have to have full traction between the rubber and the paper , otherwise they skew and jam or are not picked up even. Other problem is in the exit (lower ADF side) , a misalignement between adf and the machine body. This can be solved with the mounting screws in the Adf back. Dont forget to have the paper format sensors (top right of ADF) clean and last, you may want to check the horse shoe sensors INSIDE (rear cover ADF). In my lifetime as a Ricoh tech, it only happens this once, and because the machine suffered ADF damage due to Portuguese bumpy roads, Ahahah. I am excluding the obvious, such a paper clip, a stapple, a coin , etc.. This happens very often...

are you sure the codes SC202 is ink related and you need to check the covers on the cartridges as the ink has run out...or the head is not recognising the cartridge..
the sc995 is due to a NVRAMM missmatch or failure.. the serial numbers are not recognised.. if you have replaced the controller board it is not correct or faulty. you can get a sd card and do SP5825 to download new details to the new NVRAMM
