E64 is a shorted element. It can be caused by other things such as the control board or thermostat but it is almost always caused by the element warping and touching it’s housing. The element would need to be replaced. The element is ~$130.
Contact the manufacturer and find out what the error code is for.
SOURCE: 2001 Buick Regal cuts off while driving at times also won't start
The ignition switch on that model is rated @ 50amps. When I was driving my 2001 Regal LS (at 120,000 miles) and used the turn signal, the engine would die, when I switched the turn signal off, the engine ran. So I replaced the ignition switch, and all is well.

SOURCE: Electrolux dryer error code e61
There is a 'tech sheet' in the back pf the dryer. Unplug machine, Remove the access panel on the back to get to it. Reach in and it should be there. It will tell you how to do a button check. You have to enter a test mode through the buttons.
The E 61 is a stuck button.
Enter function test mode and perform key
stuck closed (active). (button) test to determine which button is at
fault. Carefully free the and perform the test
again. If button is free but the key struck code

SOURCE: Yamaha T100C Amp ...volume cuts out after 5 minutes.
Hi...
Looks like a tube amp.
Get the tubes tested. The tubes themselves should have a dark chrome appearance on the tops and maybe a couple spots on the sides. If there's any gray or milky appearance , then the tube is bad.
Let me know how you fare
