Here is something you can try and I know it sounds strange.
Get some toothpaste and put a very thin layer over the bottom of the disc.
Let it dry completely and then rinse it in cold water until its clean.
The reason this works(sometimes) is because the toothpaste does the same for the disc that it does for your teeth. It fills in the scratches.
Try it at your own risk but I have gotton a few more months at least by doing this.
Unfortunately no one has come up with any cheat codes yet for the PSP version of Madden 10. One good site to keep an eye out for them though is Gamefaqs:
yeah, that happens on mine sometimes. IT happens on both the ps2 regular and my madden 07 for psp. I thin it's probably just trying to do too much at once, and slows down because the processor isn't powerful enough.
