Hang, just the light is on, won't respond

Hi, my sansa e250r isn't responding at all. it just stopped in the middle of a song. just the wheel's light is on. i would appreciate a solution.

    I have the exact same problem...right in the middle of a song it just stopped. The began to fade and is now completely blank (but still lit) and the wheel is lit. Please help...

    hey e1 i m facing the same problem!! GOD DAMMIT! wat to do now??

    and e1 the portion that shows the green charging status is stuck there. so i thot mabbe if i connect to the pc for charging using the usb port, but surprisingly the pc said that the device hs malfunctioned and it cannot recognize the port!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!plz get me solved this prob asappp

YEAH!!!! Hold down the power button for about 30 seconds and it resets....

Sansa Clip 2GB won't transfer songs

I had a similar problem with with one of my mobiles, so not sure if it applies in this case, check the ports, and make sure the device is connected to the correct usb port that the pc has allocated to your portable device (sansa clip)

Make sure you're not using the media with another program while you attempt to copy/sync it to your device.

My Sansa e250R, 2 gigs, froze. Help!

It seems like your E250R is experiencing a temporary system error due to a corrupted song, and needs to be reset. Try to "Soft Reset" your player, press and hold the "Menu" button until the LCD light and scroll wheel light turn off. Since the player was probably left on for more than 7 hours (as you indicated), you would need to re-charge the player before proceeding further. Charge it for at least 2-3 hours. Next, try to format the player to rid of any corruption then re-transfer the songs. If you have subscription songs, then I would suggest to delete the song you last played which caused the error. I hope this helps. There is another solution for the player, but for now this might actually resolve the issue. Let me know the results. :)
