Por error borré un archivo de música y ahora que guardo música en el mp3, no lo puedo escuchar y se congela toda la pantalla, sin opción a tocar ningún botón.

No será que tengo que reinstalar el software?

Y cómo conseguiría el driver de instalación?

It seems like your E250R is experiencing a temporary system error due to a corrupted song, and needs to be reset. Try to "Soft Reset" your player, press and hold the "Menu" button until the LCD light and scroll wheel light turn off. Since the player was probably left on for more than 7 hours (as you indicated), you would need to re-charge the player before proceeding further. Charge it for at least 2-3 hours. Next, try to format the player to rid of any corruption then re-transfer the songs. If you have subscription songs, then I would suggest to delete the song you last played which caused the error. I hope this helps. There is another solution for the player, but for now this might actually resolve the issue. Let me know the results. :)

My friends used to do lockup when she turned it on. I fixed it by removing the SD card and power back on.

I then turned it off and reinserted the SD card and it worked. Looks like it had problems reading the card during power up. You can try that.

Ok, when mine does that, i just lightly drop it on a hard surface like a wood table, that usually turns it off, and none of the data will be lost! Hope that helps!

My sandisk sansa clip mp3 player does not play songs/no sound.

I later found out that while trying to download more songs, the entire songs in my sandisk mp3 was corrupted by a virus. I solved the problem by formatting the device and thereafter downloaded new songs into it. As soon as I did that, the songs started playing normally at full volume.

Added 2gb micro card

The player can read the card, but it is not going to add more memory space to the player. The function of the card reader is to enable your player to play songs that you otherwise couldn't play because the hard drive is full.

How to get rid of the "synchronize to continue music subscription" message if it just appears out of nowhere on your player- this fixed mine when it gave me that message:

delete the STORE.HDS file in the system/wmdrmpd directory of your sansa (optional)

import your protected songs into WMP, and resync your protected music (with WMP) in MTP mode

play a protected song and let it rebuild the store.hds file (you will experience severe lag for about 15 seconds as it rebuilds) and the music should play.

Mp3 player wont play songs or anything

Only 2 suggestions here: 1) Make sure your HOLD switch is not enabled. 2) Try to update the firmware If neither of these work, time to send the unit back to Sandisk
