At the main board there are two transistor on a aluminum. The one is small and the other one is bigger. The big one is usually tip33c or bdxxx if that is damaged group turns slowly.

Testimonial: "I have fixed it , 2 days ago. And you were right, that was it, the Tip 33C. I replaced it with BD245C, and i also replaced a zener diode next to it. It works now. Thank you for support."

SOURCE: Stuck on ventilate

Try this, open steam wand, if it calls for ventilate pusi in steam knob, if that works then the tap rod on the steam valve needs to be replaced. To me it sounds like the machine is building up pressure and the discharge is not releasing through the water circuit.

SOURCE: Machine Is Stuck on "VENTILATE" Command

Sounds like you all have the same problem. Your flow meter has been obstructed with a small chip of coffee bean that got into your water tank receptacle when your tank was off. You need to remove the top or back depending on your machine and remove the flow meter. It twist apart. The intake is a small opening and that is creates the jet of water that spins the flow meter. If it gets obstructed the meter doesn't spin and you will get the ventilate message.

Try descaling the machine. If there is no water getting to the brew unit then it might be blocked, if you checked the brew unit then the blockage might be at the boiler or one of the lines.

Ranchilio Silvia steam not working..

If you're experiencing issues with the steam function on your Rancilio Silvia espresso machine, such as low steam pressure or no steam at all, there are a few possible causes and troubleshooting steps you can take to address the problem:
  1. Check Water Level: Make sure the water reservoir is filled with water to an appropriate level. The steam function requires sufficient water to generate steam.
  2. Purge Air from Boiler: If you're getting low air with no pressure from the steam wand, it's possible that there's air trapped in the boiler. You can try "purging" the air by turning on the steam wand and letting water flow through it until a steady stream of water comes out. This might help remove air pockets from the system.
  3. Steam Wand Blockage: The steam wand could be partially blocked by milk residue or mineral deposits. Clean the steam wand thoroughly using a steam wand brush and ensure that the tip is clear.
  4. Vent Valve: The vent valve on the top of the steam wand might be clogged. Try removing the valve and cleaning it to ensure proper steam flow.
  5. Boiler Pressure: Low steam pressure could be a result of inadequate boiler pressure. Check the pressure gauge on the machine to ensure that the boiler pressure is within the recommended range. If the pressure is too low, you might need to adjust the pressure settings (if your machine allows for it) or seek professional assistance.
  6. Steam Valve: The steam valve might be worn or malfunctioning, preventing proper steam flow. If the steam valve is not functioning as it should, it might need to be repaired or replaced.
  7. Boiler Heating Element: If the heating element in the boiler is not functioning correctly, it could lead to low steam pressure. Check for any signs of damage or malfunction in the heating element.
  8. Professional Service: If none of the above steps resolve the issue, it might be best to seek the assistance of a professional espresso machine technician. They can diagnose the problem accurately and perform any necessary repairs.
Remember that working on espresso machines involves potentially hazardous components and high-pressure systems. If you're not comfortable with any of the steps or if the issue seems complex, seeking professional assistance is recommended to ensure your safety and prevent further damage to the machine.

Why no steam.Sunbeam 6910 cafe series. Turned on steam wand this morning and all I heard was a sigh, a feint try to deliver steam but not successful. Very little pump noise / action almost non-existent....

Hi,

This could be 1 of many issues, usually the Steam pump (black or blue) is corroded and no longer vibrating correctly, the pump could be blocked, the pipe work after pump but before boiler could be blocked, the steam boiler could be blocked, the pipe work after steam boiler but before the steam tap could be blocked, the steam tap could be blocked, and also the milk nozzle could be blocked, if you feel competent to take it apart, it is easy to fix but if not take the machine to local service agent.

Why no steam on polti 715 no steam

I had this problem, that is, my Polti 715 would not create an steam at all. It turned out that the boiler/steamer unit inside the Polti was badly corroded. So the only way to fix it was to replace the boiler/steamer unit inside. I had to send my Polti to an authorized repairer to have it fixed. The reason for the corrosion was that I did not follow the manufacturers instructions fo run the Kalstop solution through the machine every few months to stop calcification in the boiler.

Hi
Your seals in the steam boiler are gone and it is leaking water to the switch below. The steam boiler is located just above the switch on the lower left side. You just have to replace the seals (O-rings)

No steam just hot water but pump is working.

Either the thermostats on the steam booster boiler, has tripped, or the element on the steam boiler is damaged, or the CPU board is not sending power to steam boiler. Use an Ohms meter to check the thermostats and the element on the steam boiler.
