Saeco incanto sirius pump runs continuously when unit is turned on. Only stops when in standby mode. Same occurs when a different pump is swapped out. Control board bad?

I have a saeco incanto sirius and I can not get the ventilate signal to turn off. I have tried everything. When I go to factory settings it will make a small amount of coffee. What else can I do.

We have a Saeco royal cappucino machine. the milk frother has stopped working. steam comes out the side & when u froth milk it pushes steam out of the clear tube & back into the milk bottle!

I have Saeco Premea Touch Plus..Keeps giving error 6...swith m/c off. So when I switch m/c on it says descaling interrupted...how do I reset...I tried pressing 1..2..3...4 says all o.k. but it makes a noise. Help!
