Can anyone assist me in finding a user manual for the above mentioned Saeco machine.
Even if you can just let me know where i can download one from, i will greatly appriciate it.
What a waste to have such a cool machine and not be able to use it to its full potential!!!
The company's website is down and nobody knows where to find a manual? Not good. Frustrating because we have one in our office that worked for a while but has some problem and nobody can figure out what the flashing red lights are telling us. Tried pulling the machine apart and putting it back together and the red light still taunts us...The company's website is down and nobody knows where to find a manual? Not good. Having read the other reviews here, I was prepared for the cryptic "VENTILATE" message. (The manual refers to this procedure as "Loading the circuit", which doesn't help to clarify things.) Of course this refers to what Americans would call "priming" the machine. As mentioned in another review, there is a plastic hand pump supplied for priming, but that is only needed in the event that the electric pump fails to self-prime. All I had to do (following the quick-start instructions) was to select the Hot Water function; the internal pump quickly primed itself. i hope this helps Lee Davidian
Hi It depends on which boiler you have. If you have the round boiler (looking from the front top down, they will be on your left side). They will be on the bottom left side of the boiler. There are 2 of them on the round boiler and there are 2 wires to each thermostat. The button is between the 2 wires on the thermostat. You need to push both buttons. If you have the square flat boiler there is no reset button but a thermal fuse on the back side of the boiler. You have to remove the steam boiler ( horseshoe) to work on the flat boiler. FUN
Hello. It sounds to me like you need to adjust the programming, here is a link to some user manuals, that do not look exactly like your model, but should be similar enough for what you need. It looks like the site for the manufacture is not active at the moment, but you can call the toll free support number, technical support may be able to solve your problem simply, and at no cost. If you have your user manual, I would call there first.
I have the same problem. It seems that the group motor issues. I ve opened up and found the group motor is coming some sparks. I know very well Saeco Magic Cappucino , Saeco range is more or less the same, Saeco incanto, first time deal with it , somebody just brought it to me to check it. I might fix it if find parts for it.
Load circuit means a lot, flow meter, pomps, could be the electronc board, bewing unit blocked up with coffee, so basically there is no water in circuit water or is air in water circuit....You have to check everything,
Here is the link for the incanto deluxe if that is any use to you;
http://www.espressoworkz.co.nz/Incantodeluxesbs.htm
