My canon super G3 is offline in my computer, ican not print,scan or fax with my canon how can I instill it back to the computer hence I do not have the cg.

I usually open the back cover, top cover, cartridge cover and pull out the paper tray. Sometimes this clears the alarm, if this does not clear the alarm, I unplug the printer for a couple minutes. Between opening and closing the covers and unpluging the printer, the alarm goes away. Ray

In the Fax reports menu, you can select the fax log and it willl have the number you sent to, but the image is gone as soon as you fax it.

my printer makes a grating sound and then half the time it says error can't print. What is wrong? We have to plug and unplug it all the time

Spend a little money and buy the upgrade to Windows & 64Bit. If you have more than one computer buy the "Family Pack for $149.00 you get 3 licenses for 3 pc's.
