Side is stack and it won't open. how can i open it?
Did some one install a new unit such as a transfer belt or transfer roller? Or a fusing unit? Recommend a technician look at it unless you want to yank it open and do some more damage?

Select Print, and then "Properties"
Layout Tab - select Print Type: Booklet
Basic Tab - Select original size and then size of PAPER to be printed. 11x17 is standard 8.5x11 book when folded.
Finish Tab - select saddle stitch.
Thats it, easy as pie.

Open all covers and clean again. Look for small piece of paper somewhere on paper path.
