Transfer belt pressure welding alienation
• During a retraction operation of the transfer belt, the transfer belt retraction sensor cannot detect the transfer belt at its retracted position within a predetermined period of time after the transfer belt retraction clutch is turned ON. • During a pressure operation of the transfer belt, the transfer belt retraction sensor cannot detect the transfer belt at its pressed position within a predetermined period of time after the transfer belt clutch is turned ON.
Remedy
1 Check the M5 connector for proper connection and correct as necessary. 2 PS31 I/O check, sensor check. 3 CL7 operation check. 4 M5 operation check. 5 Change CL7. 6 Change M21. 7 Change PRCB.
Straight from the service manual....just use the last 4 digits when doing a search, makes it easier to find the specific code as not all manuals are the same in how the code is displayed.
CC152 ROM contents error upon startup (Scanner)
• A fault is detected in a sequence of ROM contents check of the PWB-C during starting.

Solution
CAUSE: Main body firmware is corrupt.
SOLUTION: Flash or re-flash the firmware to the latest level.

The error code is displayed in 2 section on the display on the zoom dosplay and the number display. C0400 Exposure lamp malfunction. C0410 Exposure lamp thermistor malfunction. Verify the exposure lamp continuity and the thermistor continuity.To reset error code open the copier and press the reset microswitch located on the rear PWB panel ,close the machine front door.
Output OP paper rejection roller drive malfunction.Try to reset the malfunction code to Open/close the front door.If not reset: Turn OFF the copier. Press and keep pressed the Utility key and turn On the copier. Keep pressed the Utility key and wait while Trouble reset message displayed. Release the Utility key and touch the message. Turn OFF the copier ,wait 1 minutes and turn ON.
C2654 code means Black Imaging Unit eeprom access error.
A condition of "EEPROM is not connected" or
"There is an access error" is detected in
EEPROM of the Imaging Unit.
So the issue lies within your Black Imaging Unit. I would try sliding the imaging unit out partially, then re-installing. Reset by switching off the main power.
If this does not solve the error then you will need to call your local service provider.

it seems that it the you transfer belt. to be sure, take the old one into the copier, swith off th copier, with 10 seconds or more, then swith on. the error code will disappear :-)
