well, this was helpful to know that I needed to wait on the copier repair tech to come and fix the problem. But what was the biggest help and blessing was your signature tag....Today's the best day of my life...and NOW you're part of it! WOW! C-5102 is Main Motor failure to turn. Open close front door to reset. If code comes back remove the transfer belt check the transfer belt proper operation. Next check the connection to the main motor. Replace the main motor, worse case the board that controls it is bad.
