well, this was helpful to know that I needed to wait on the copier repair tech to come and fix the problem. An expert who has achieved level 3 by getting 1000 points
C-5102 is Main Motor failure to turn. Open close front door to reset. If code comes back remove the transfer belt check the transfer belt proper operation. Next check the connection to the main motor. Replace the main motor, worse case the board that controls it is bad.
