WE NEED TO PRINT DUPLEX WITH LETTERHEAD BUT THE FIRST SIDE IS OK AND THE FOLLOWING IS PRINTNG THE LETTERHEAD IN THE FOOTPAGE. CAN YOU HELP ME???
If you mean that you are getting a ghost image of the letterhead on the page this is caused by not setting the paper type to letter head which caused the temperature to be wrong and print does not bond. Or you may have a bad fuser or bad toner cartridge. Try setting the paper type to letterhead or bond first to see if that helps.

in Lexmark X502n you can not do a duplex print as in print both sides which is actually a big surprise because overall its an amazing printer.
Go on this website and at the bottom you'll see that it has no duplex printing:

Check this link to the Lexmark website and I hope it's just caused by a loose cable connection. http://bit.ly/aQ5dsb. Just follow the instructions carefully. But if problem is not resolved, it may require service. If that's the case, I strongly advise you to contact Lexmark Technical Support for further assistance. Hope I can assist you more on this.

Open left door. Remove screw covering the white plastic cover. Observed the white gear that you will now see. Make sure that it is not broken. If this gear is broken, you will not be able to duplex. What is the full code numerical code of the error?
