You have a high-voltage leak to the transfer corona. This could be due to several different things, usually it's a dirty corona, maybe excessive dust or toner in the corona assembly. Toner conducts electricity and can leak voltage from the transfer corona to the frame. It may also be the "end-blocks," the thing in the back of the machine into which the transfer corona plugs when you close the drawer and lift up on the green handle. These crack and can cause intermittant failure.
I would start by taking a can of air and thoroughly blowing out the corona assembly and see what that does for you...

This error indicates that the patch image read sensor is dirty. You can locate the patch sensor by removing the drum unit from the front of the machine. The patch sensor is located in the machine, directly above the drum unit, halfway intothe machine. If you look into the machine and up you will see a white plastic unit running along the top about halfway point between the front and back of the machine. The patch sensor is inset into that unit and is black plastic. Clean with a lint free cloth several times - as it is hard to see the actual sensor, feel along the strip with your fingers until you can feel the indent where the sensor is - concentrate your cleaning around that area. Now replace the drum and turn the machine back on (I hope you turned it off first).
Removing the drum is easy but hard to explain. In fact, if you get the front cover off, you've done the hardest part. There are some hidden screws, one above the front cover to the left - as if you are looking down on the machine, there may be a small circular plastic cover hidding access to this screw. Remove it and unscrew. If you have an internal finisher, you will have to remove the circular covers above and below the front of it to push your driver through to the hole you need. Sounds complicated but once you've done it you'll see that it's easy when you know where the holes are. There is then another screw at the top, near to right that you access through the panel above - just look around and above the front cover to find the screws. Good luck

Hi,
these means that copier cant detect the toner in developing/toner assy.
You should try to reconnect the toner developing assy and try to vacume it.
Also check if the toner bottle is rotating, if yes that means that toner is being dosed and problem is developing assy.
If you do not want to call service write me on [email protected] for service manual.
hope that helps!
