Try doing a soft reset. 1. Press and hold the Power on/off key and the volume + key for a couple of seconds. 2. Then switch on the GoGear using the Power on/off key. Note: Your songs and data will not be lost or corrupted by a soft reset. Update your players firmware to the latest version to reduce the chance of future hang-ups.
