SOURCE: paper jams/ printing blank

Thoroughly check for very small foreign objects in your printer, and check both behind in paper feeder area and inside the unit. Jams can be tiny pieces of paper than have gotten in or torn off paper fed in at slight angle but you may not have noticed. Service you printheads and rollers both manually with solution and cotton buds (q tips) and then see if your ink may be low or out, blocked printheads will obstruct ink from flowing at all. So will damaged printhead points on cartridge, signalling replacement time.

There are 2 different types of flashing patterns with those two lights on the printer.
***
Resume light and power light BLINKING ALTERNATELY

Resume blinking SIMULTANEOUSLY with power light

Problem:

If the printer will not turn off, unplug the power cable from the electrical outlet or wall outlet.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the printer.
Wait about 30 seconds.
Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
Plug the power cord to the back of the printer.

I own a canon MP210 printer. Recently a paper got jammed but I was able to get it out. Now, every time I try to print, it will only grab the paper but wont feed while printing and says "Paper Jam".

Some times when paper jams a printer it damages the sensors that continue the printing process. I suggest you revisit the area where the paper jam occurred and check for the tiniest particle still lingering between the rollers. Remove what rollers you can by hand and inspect the surfaces and alignment. Put them back in the order you removed them and try again to print.

Red light is constantly blinking and when try to print, there is always a paper jam

Every time there is paper jam, the printer knows the job is not completed and hence tries to re-print after the paper is removed and cover is shut.

Clear the print job from computer.
Power off the printer and Clear the paper jam (if any)
I would try to use different tray. The paper pickup roller in one path may be worn out.
eg Sheet feeder or multipurpose tray.
Load paper in new tray
Set the application to use new tray

Ensure you sue the right thickness (gsm) of the paper. Quality of paper is crucial. Too thin; too thick can affect functioning.

We have a Ricoh Aficio CL3500N and every time we print the paper jams and we get the "Remove Misfeed A: Internal Path". I remove the jam and when it tries to print again we get the same thing,...

There may be an obstruction inside the printer. Try this....remove the paper from the paper tray and put paper in the handfeed tray (front of the machine) If it feeds from that tray it means that the feed rollers in the bottom cassette are worn.
