The icon that looks like a faucet/tap indicates that there was a fill fault. This sometimes comes on if the water is turned off and the unit stops getting water.
There is an overflow sensor/shutoff valve assembly ("water block") attached to the water inlet hose, to shut off the supply if overflow or flooding is sensed. If the water block is tripped, it can result in the fill fault.
A short circuit somewhere in the electronics could also cause this problem.
You will need to unload any dishes in the bottom drawer, and then empty the water manually. I would use a sponge to soak up the water and wring it into the sink.
The
manual for the DD605SS may be helpful- it looks pretty close to the model you have.
The
parts diagram has a (small) picture of the water block, and gives some indication of its location. I don't know how it works or if you can reset it somehow, but you may be able to get a better look at it if you pull the unit out. I would take a look anyway, just to be sure there's not a leak somewhere.
