Hi rhurrel,
There is a few things what you must check for this problem:
- Make sure the water is open at the tap
- Make sure the Inlet hose is not kinked, if it is, please straighten it
- If the above two are unsuccesfull, then you may have either a faulty solenoid valve, or a faulty PC Board.
Solenoid Valve:
- Open the Top of the machine, cover usually fastened by screws at the back. Once removed, you can follow the inlet valve, and inside connected to it is a solenoid water valve with 2 wires attached to it. Will look like this:
Once located attach direct power to it, and see if it opens and closes (Lets water through ON, and stops water OFF) If faulty - replace.
PC Board
If the Inlet Valve is testing correct, then attach the normal wires as it was, and use a multimeter to test power to it from the PC Board, do this when the machine is turned on - If no power is sent to the solenoid, then the PC Board is faulty.
