After I download a song from the internet and try to sync it to my sansa mp3 player it gets on the mp3 player but won't play? It says continue your subscription to sync
In order to play your song you will need to try to transfer one track to that device...once you do that all the songs should acquire new licenses...you need to transfer tracks to your device once a month in order to play the songs...you should be able to play your purchased tracks....if not you might need to format the device inside WMP....then you need to check the licenses on your purchased tracks to make sure they dont have any restrictions...if you have any [email protected]
If you used Windows Media Player to "rip" (copy) the music to your computer. The default settings are to "copy protect my music" if you didnt change this setting, the Sansa will want a "license" to go with it.
Resolution, change the setting in Windows Media Player, Tools>Options>Rip Music (uncheck copy protect my music). You can also change the default rip setting to Mp3, as opposed to Windows Media Audio. Then you would have to re-rip the tracks to your PC, as unprotected.
Make sure you delete the old tracks from the device, otherwise, it will always give you that error message.
Best of Luck.
