Every Electrolux Major Appliance is guaranteed to be free of material defects or component malfunctions. Electrolux Major Appliances provides a limited warranty that covers the repair, without charge, of any problem that occurs during the first year after the original date of purchase or delivery of a new Electrolux product, or during the first year after closing on your newly-constructed home with a new Electrolux product.*

For a limited time, or until June 30, 2019, Electrolux is offering you the opportunity to extend any one-year coverage on parts to three years at no cost to you, provided that you register your product with Electrolux within 60 days of purchase, delivery or closing. Products must have been purchased on or after July 1, 2013. This offer does not extend the limited warranty's 1 year labor coverage; please see our Extended Service Agreement offerings to extend your labor coverage.

What this Warranty Covers
The Electrolux limited warranty on your small kitchen appliance, vacuum or air cleaner purchase states that your product is warranted to be free from all defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of the number of years indicated in your owner's manual from the date of purchase.
What this Warranty Does Not Cover
Parts of the cleaner that require replacement under normal use, such as bumpers, filters, bristle strips, bags, belts, light bulbs and hoses. Damages or malfunctions caused by negligence, abuse, or use not in accordance with Owner's Guide. Defects or damages caused by unauthorized service. Electrolux will, at its option, repair or replace a defective appliance or appliance part(s) that is covered by this warranty. As a matter of warranty policy, Electrolux will not refund the consumer's purchase price.
Obtaining Warranty Service
To obtain warranty service for vacuums you must return the defective appliance or part along with proof of purchase to any Electrolux Authorized Warranty Station. For the location of the nearest Authorized Warranty Station, please refer to the Dealer & Service Locator http://www.electroluxappliances.com/Owner-Support/Service-Locator/ for a center near you. To obtain warranty service for small kitchen appliances or air cleaners, please call us at 800-896-9756.

Further Limitations & Exclusions
Any warranty that may be implied in connection with your purchase or use of the cleaner, including any warranty of MERCHANTABILITY or any warranty for FIT FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE is limited to the duration of this warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

I just registered a new vacumn and inadvertently put place of purchase as Home Depot. I got the product at Walmat. What do you wnat me to do.

It really doesn't matter that you put the wrong store on the registration. You don't even need to register a product as long as you keep your sales receipt to prove the purchase date. Registering just provides a record for the product maker and they use the information for marketing. I'd suggest making sure you keep the receipt somewhere so you'll be able to find it easily if warranty service is ever needed. (I keep receipts and manuals together in a file cabinet along with other papers.)
