Cleaning The Brush Head
I got pretty good results this way (and mine was trashed): Hot water first. Dry the exterior enough to tape the suction end with duct or electrical tape to get a good seal. fill from the other end with bleach. Shake it around and then let it sit in the sink full of bleach for a few minutes. Then remove tape and flush with hot water. The sides of the window may still have debris, hair, or mildew left over. With hot water running, I would alternately add water, and tap the whole attachment against the side of the sink to loosen it up. I kept doing that until i was happy with the results.

Squuze the bottle to get out trapped air then try again ...turn off and on and squeeze...it will work eventually mine does this often
