One of the sensors has broken in our office shredder ps480 and we do not have an available manual. We may be able to order one off from a parts list if we can get our hands on one.

Replacement Parts - Paper Shredders Can I get my Fellowes paper shredder repaired or purchase parts for it?

The majority of Fellowes personal shredders (small shredders that can fit under a desk) are repairable and will have parts available. Fold a piece of cardboard into the slot on the shredder. I had to do this on an office shredder I owned for years.

IMPORTANT: ALWAYS REMEMBER TO REMOVE the piece of cardboard ANYTIME YOU HAVE TO CLEAR THE CUTTERS &&& ALWAYS UNPLUG IT!

The Tech Solutions shredders have been discontinued for years now. No parts are available. I called the 800 number and was told all parts were liqudated due to discontinuance of the shredders.
