Once you take it apart it voids all warrants if you have any.
if you do not have any warrant parts than that the only way you are going to fix the issue.
here is what some one gave me some tips on disassembly of equipment. draw a picture of the device, mark the area of screw layouts, after separating the 2 parts draw diagram of each part, make foot notes on what you did, screw locations, parts removed, parts cleaned, PUT EVERYTHING IN A LINE IN THE ORDER OF REMOVAL PARTS, than work backwards and put everything back the way you took it apart, you should not have any extra parts and it should work fine. than if it every happens again you have your notes and information on hand to help you. you could try this site.

There are small screws located on the underside of the machine, by the feet. If I unscrew them and take the bottom off so that I can pull the stuck item out of the rollers, will I be able to put it back together and use it again? Thanks!
Yes. Take the four screws out from under the feet and the three from under the handle. Then turn it back the right way up and carefully separate the top from the bottom. There are wires joining top to bottom so don't be to forceful. Then you can access the internal rollers etc.
