The error code C0202 indicates paper jamming in tray 1, C-O204: Tray-2, C-0206: Tray-3, C-0208: Tray-4. First of all, power off and unplug your copier, then empty paper from the problem tray and from the tray below it. Take out the problem tray, now you can see a paper jammed.
Remove the first draw check for paper behind it. Then remove the paper that is stored on the left hand side . That is not a storage area its for when you want 11x17 paper placed in the draw. If that does not clear the code the motor or the sensors that monitor the tray are bad or worse the control board is bad.
c0202 means that the top paper tray is not rising to bring the paper in contact with the feed rollers. Remove all of the paper from the tray and try turning the machine off and on with the paper tray not pushed in to the machine. Good luck.
C0202 on a Bizhub C350 means you have a Magenta PC Drum Charge Corona malfunction.
The charge corona is contained in the Magenta Imaging Unit. There are cleaning rods on each Imaging Unit. I would try pulling out the rods and cleaning the wires that way. Concentrate obviously on the Magenta unit. Run it in and out several times. Turn off the MAIN power switch (NOT the one up on the control panel) then back on to reset the code and see if it goes away. If not you may have to have your service company clean the Imaging Unit or it may have to be replaced depending on how bad it is.

C0202= tray 1 elevator failure. Open tray 1, check and make sure paper is loaded correctly. With tray open, open and close front door. This will reset error code. With tray 1 open look to see if paper is stuck behind tray in back of machine, if so remove it ( this will block the lift motor for the tray). Close tray 1, if you hear a popping noise the lift motor is damaged and will have to be replaced. Until it is replaced operate machine with tray 1 out to prevent error code.
That is a Magenta image unit code. You can try and pull out the image unit, clean the contacts and reinsert it.
If that doesn't work you'll need a new image unit
this is a tray 1 lift up failure code pull the paper tray out and check to see if some torn paper is blocking the lift sensor look around where the paper is fed into the feed plates if not it could be a failed lift motor or sensor and they will need to be replaced
