Shows error code C-3102 and
The code indicates that the fuser is not turning for whatever reason...... Do the following if it resets the code great, if it comes back it's probably the sensor on the fuser that detects rotation. They have had problems with the mounting plate but at any rate at that point it would be time to call your servicing company.
Here is the reset procedure:
Turn OFF the main power switch.
Turn main power switch ON while pressing the Utility/Counter key. Keep holding it till the Trouble reset appears
Touch [Trouble Reset].
Check to make sure that [OK] is displayed and the it has been reset.
5. After turning off the main power switch, wait 10 seconds and fire the machine back up, this should reset the service code and with any luck the machine will run!

Pull out the black image unit shake the image unit side to side you are going to try to spread the developer and toner inside the image unit along the entire length of the image unit, I bet the image unit was stored standing up and the person just plug it in with all the developer sitting at one end the motor that turns the drum had a hell of time trying to turn always store image units laying down always before placing them inside the machine shake the image unit to spread the developer along the image unit, if this does not work get a new image unit or the motor is burned out worse case control board for the motor is bad$$$$$$$$$$$$$$. Open close front door to reset Btw, I’m available to help over the phone in case u need at https://www.6ya.com/expert/normanj_7893313f0751935f
Error code c0016
The Black Image unit remove it and reseat it inside the machine properly WAS the Black Image Unit New was it store Vertical instead of Horizontial. If so all of the developer is sitting at one end of the image unit instead of being spread out along the length of the image unit that Black Drum motor can't take all of the developer sitting at one end., Ensure all of your image units are stored flat not up and down. Ensure you also shake the image units before installing to spread the developer (Side to side). Then close the door and should go ready to copy if not and it comes back then bad motor or board Btw, I’m available to help over the phone in case u need at https://www.6ya.com/expert/normanj_7893313f0751935f

C0202 on a Bizhub C350 means you have a Magenta PC Drum Charge Corona malfunction.
The charge corona is contained in the Magenta Imaging Unit. There are cleaning rods on each Imaging Unit. I would try pulling out the rods and cleaning the wires that way. Concentrate obviously on the Magenta unit. Run it in and out several times. Turn off the MAIN power switch (NOT the one up on the control panel) then back on to reset the code and see if it goes away. If not you may have to have your service company clean the Imaging Unit or it may have to be replaced depending on how bad it is.
Good Luck and Thank You for using Fixya.
I install new imaging unit cyan and magenta but
Did you turn the main power switch OFF then back ON? You need to do that to reset the counter. Also, did you put a brand new one in from a closed box or a used one? If it is a new one & it will not clear, return it to where you got it from... Good Luck

If you go into the admin setting when using the web browser you can enter the email setting one of the options is binary, if you turn off or on depending on the setting it should stop this fault.
I HAVE A HARDDRIVE PROBLEM WITH A MINOLTA C360
Chances are you haven't actually formatted the drive yet. If it hasn't been formatted you may get a code 'C-12CC'. This can be ignored in order to proceed to formatting the drive.
Bring the copier into service mode by first pressing the Utility key. Next, press the 'Counter List' button on the LCD. Now press 'Stop', then 0 and 0 again, 'Stop', then 0 and 1 (sequence: Stop->0->0->Stop->0->1). If the service code hasn't been changed, next enter 00000000 (eight zero's) and press 'Enter'.
Once in service mode press the 'Machine Adjust' button on the LCD screen, then 'Memory/Hard Disk Adjust', then 'Hard Disk Format'. Press 'Physical Format' since this is an initial format of a new drive. Now press the 'Start' key on the copier control panel to start the formatting process. Once the formatting is complete (this could take quite some time so be patient until you get an indication that the process has been completed) recycle the power.
If the format won't work, you may not have the right drive or the drive connected properly. If this is the case you can check the drive's connectivity by going back into service mode (as above), then press 'Machine Adjust', then 'Memory/Hard Disk Adjust' and 'Hard Disk R/W Check'. Press the 'Start' key on the copier control panel to start the check. If all is in order you will get a 'GO' indication at the end of the process. If there is a failure to read or write to the hard drive, you will get a 'NG' (no go) indication.
Hope this helps.
do you user manual? its in there
you can navigate by selecting bypass try first, select label printing
machine and printer setting must be the same,
hope that help
Hi i have minolta Dialta 520 Photostate machine
The error code C-1028 on a Minolta Dialta 520 photostat machine typically indicates a problem with the paper feed system.
Based on your description, it seems that you have already replaced the PWB-B Board and checked all jacks, but the problem persists. In this case, there could be a few other potential causes of the error.
- Paper feed motor
- Main control board
- Gears or other parts in the paper feed system
- Paper feed sensor
Regarding the Bet Pin, it could be the name of a specific pin on the PWB-B board or in the paper feed system, but without more information about the specific location or context it is hard to say exactly what it is referring to.
It is recommended to consult the service manual of the machine, or contact the manufacturer or a professional technician for further assistance. They will be able to diagnose the issue and provide the necessary steps to fix it.
