Unfortunately, it appears that a part replacement may be necessary, and HP did not suggest a customer could perform that repair themselves.

re-install its driver if not work try another usb cable ( prefer original cable )

You can any of HP laser Jet with your budget for legal size printing, all printer can print legal size printing, however there are some printers for quick reference.

try printing a test page from the printer and if it works fine you need a software(HP smart web printing )
and you will get the software in the following website :
www.hp.com/go/smartwebprinting and there would be instructions given in the same page download and install the printer software and try printing from the internet using teh software and it shoul print perfect though it is complicated but this has been the best resolution for printing online

Generally with all laser printers the print quality is low when compared to that of a inkjet printer. Try cleaning the Printer Cartridge and u can make good quality print outs by changing the settings at the time of printing. Use your Laser Jet printer software from HP and clean the device.

uninstall the driver and software for the hp.

You write "type the above line at command prompt". I dont't know Where exactly to write? Can you tell me!

Select your operative system version and dowload drivers and software from this link.
Printer USB must be unplugged when installing drivers. Keep it unplugged for setup procedure, plug it back only when required by software or reinstalling

Are you printing from MS Word? What software package are you using? Each printer is different and some require software settings.
