My sansa mp3 just froze in the welcome screen when you turn it on

Ay my sandisk mp3 player connect the one with wifi got stuk were its loading and showing all the options loading like when its done it gets stuck it just freeze i cant move any thing i cant turn it off i have to let the battery die. plz help me and it worked until the spaeakers and the headphones wouldnt work thne i truned it off and it got messed up plz help me .

You can try to reset the device by pressing the power button for about15 to 20 seconds..if that doesnt work I would recommend you to go tothe sandisk site to update the firmware on your device or you can contact sandisk to they can help you with updating the firmware on your device..Please follow the link below to get the firmware

Screen froze up on't do anything

Hi,
Try these steps:
SOLUTION 1 - Reset the device.
1. Press and hold the Power/Menu button for approximately 20 seconds.
2. Release the Power/Menu button.
3. Press the Power/Menu button again to turn on the player.

SOLUTION 2 - Power cycle the device.

STEP 1 - Remove the battery

STEP 2 - Power cycle the player
1. Connect the device to the PC.
2. Leave the device connected for about 2 minutes.

STEP 3 - Turn on the device
1. Disconnect the player from the PC.
2. Insert a fresh AAA battery into the player.
3. Turn on the player.

Froze

Try prerssing all the buttons on the Sansa's face at the same time holding it down for a few seconds until the screen shuts down then turn it on again. This should work

I turned on my SanDisk Sansa e250 MP3 player and it froze. I can turn it off but it won't go to the main screen. I have taken the battery out and plugged it in to the computer. It is still frozen. ANY...

your player might be locked. if it is then go to the side of the player and find a button called hold and flick it the other way.

Maybe try taking the battery out and putting it back in, because once my mp3 player froze and that worked. It froze when I was going through menus when the song was playing still and it was probably too much...
