connect the printer to the pc (internet connection is compulsary), then the pc (plug and play (pnp))is automatically guide you. otherwise download printer s/w driver from hp site and install the driver.

Printer drivers can be accessed at Toshiba.com Webb page. more than likely either your install disk is corrupt some how or you're not using the most up to date drivers. I have an Epson stylus DX7400 for some reason when I installed the printer language is in German. My disc is broken therefore I am unable to reinstall. What can I do?

You don't mention what make of printer you have but all of the major brand name printer manufacturers have software support for their printers available for free download from their respective websites. Browse to your printer manufacturer web page and look for a "Support" link which is usually where you will find your printer software.

This is hard without the recovery disc. You can either:

1. Order the recovery disc directly from Toshiba
2. Buy the disc on eBay
3. Try to find an ISO download and burn the disc
4. Install another operating system (such as Linux or XP) and get the drivers

The most reliable way would be via Toshiba.
