I have Canon 3530, in that E000000-0001 this error is coming, what to do

You have a booklet maker and it is at the bottom of your finisher .its the tray at the very bottom of this unit. What i have seen before is that it gets kicked or the cleaning crew hits it and knocks the tray out of allignment. And when this finisher starts its initial rotation (warming up) the tray will seak a home position. it also has a sensor that detects the presence of books . It will hold 10 or 15 books and then you have to unload and continue. So look down there and inspect the tray, keep it simple it is most of the time. and remember what happened when it started this issue. If all else fails unplug and check your connections restart your machine.

This problem was in with the IR-C3200 problems. The E020 codes have to do with either toner or the color drums. This is most lilely an error with one of the drums. The fist 2 digits indicate the color of drum. 01 is Black, 02 is Magenta, 03 is Cyan, and 04 - Yellow.

For the IR-3530, then you have a problem with the toner. The error code in the book says that the path between the sub hopper and the developing assembly is clogged with toner. This assembly will have to be removed and checked for the obstruction. Hopefully you don't have a finisher on these copiers because you will have to remove it to get to the toner hopper assembly.
