I have had this happen to several people and also to me. What I did is to take a sheet of Card Stock (Heavy Paper) and put it through the feed putting pressure on the Card Stock and pressing on the feed button. What happens is that a piece of the jammed envlope or document gets caught in the feed way and will not allow the document or envelope ( in your case) to pass. It should solve your problem if it works. Bud

HI, I'm trying to print on an envelope. The dimensions of the envelope are 8.75x5.77. Every time I do it there is a paper jam. Please let me know what I can do. Thank you!

try using paper of correct material. ideal would be 170gsm to 180 gsm paper. try not to use cheap envelopes in the market.
go and buy the envelopes with 170 - 180 gsm papers

I have a paper jam on my HP 3210 Photosmart All-in One

When you open the back door there's a guide that pulls down and on either side of the fuser there are levers to release the pressure from the rollers, if you can see any of the envelope from there you should be able to gently and evenly pull it thru. Otherwise a shop repair to remove the rest and fix whatever caused the jam.

HP Photosmart 7550 - Full Page Photo Printing Jams at end

Normal 0 I suggest you get a sheet of Card Stock (Heavy paper) and place it in the feed way. Then press the print button applying a slight amount of pressure on the Card Stock so it will feed through the printer. The reason for this, is in some cases I have been able to clear the paper track of debris that was deposited there over time.
Worth a try, as I have fixed a number of printers this way, saving costly repairs.
Hope this helps. Bud

HP c6180 photosmart all in one printer jam

On the back of the printer there's a door.

Depress the latch and remove the door. This will give you easy access to the rollers and should give you enough space to remove any remaining paper from the jam.

Best of luck!
