My machine canon ir c3220 color copier describe error code E000020-01b0 as soon as starting the copy machine. but that error code don't describe sometimes. I think that error means drum unit error. But I don't know which one. But I got the conflict about that error. Please help me. Thanks.

Although the yellow drum is indicated, in the link above, please note it may not be the yellow drum if instead it is the:"laser shutter or the plastic actuator on the right side of the front door."

The erreor code E007 has to do with the fixing ***'y upper film ***'y or roller. It is saying that the film is not moving in and out of "HP" Most of the time it means that the fusing film is torn and not moving properly. If you are getting paper jams in the fusing area and or unfixed or smeared copies. You most likly need to have the fusing film ***'y replaced. It could also be that it is out of place and needs to be readjusted. The only problem is that it's a little tricky to get to and not a bad idea to have a new film to replace the old one while you have it out. Good Luck

This error indicates that it cant detect the scanner unit of IRC3220
Check the cable that connect the machine and scanner unit .switch off the machine disconnect the cable and reconnect it and switch on the machine again hope this will help
